The challenge

Redesign and develop some screens of the website, with the aim of making its navigation simpler and more intuitive, as well as inviting more users to be part of it.

The methodology

To redesign the screens of this app, a specialized methodology was used that consisted of conducting prior research and extracting insights, with the aim of creating a user-based solution.

Results

The redesign of the screens was focused on helping users have more organized, simple and understandable management of the data they handle.

• In this new version, the visualization of the process summary was improved, giving it greater focus.

• More space was added to the process table, improving the color hierarchy, with the aim of having better reading.

• The business metrics graphs were changed, with the intention of lowering the color level on the platform and distinguishing them in a better way.

• A help bot was added as a floating button for the user to have quick access to.
